Naia Lombok

Very well located in Kuta. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and super clean, but what really made our stay in NAIA is the lovely staff. Im, Isa and Dewy provided us with a delicious breakfast every morning. Henry, Sugi and Lana made sure that happy hour was cozy everyday and Agus taught us a lot about the culture on Lombok, which we really enjoyed. It really felt like a home away from home, we can’t wait to be back. A must stay in Kuta! Make sure to stay on a Wednesday or Friday, the live music is great!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Kuta. Great space to relax and unwind. The rooms are really comfortable. The staff elevate this hotel from a 10/10 to THE BEST IN KUTA - they are the friendliest, kindest and most welcoming crew. We had so many laughs playing games with Hendri and Adi and had delicious breakfasts prepared by Sugi, Isa and Agus. I doubt you’ll find a more welcoming group of people anywhere in Kuta!

We had an amazing stay at Naia, the staff is really friendly. From day 1, everyone knew our names, by day 2 we knew pretty much all of the staff and by day 3 we knew pretty much all of the guests. They always greet you and ask how you are doing to the point where it can even be a bit much. But if you embrace it, it truly is unlikely anything you will experience at any other hotel. I would go as far as saying that, akin to a tour of Tetebatu or a sunset at Merese Hill, a stay at Naia is just something you should experience when you come to Lombok.

No need to do more hotel research! The feedback you see here is not by coincident. Naia is more than a hotel, in the way that its staff makes you feel like you’re coming home after a long day exploring Lombok. Marlissa, the owner, is your vacation mom, always interested. There is no question she and her staff don’t know the answer to. We booked day-trips to secret Gilis and Tetebatu (secret gilis is way more advertised as an attraction, but the Tetbatu-trip was a more incredible experience, with local life, farming culture, scenery, a very refreshing waterfall swim, several black monkeys spotted 10m away++). Naia organizes scooter rental for you as well as taxi transport. Join the live music concert, the vibe is fantastic. We spent five nights here, and are sad to leave, but full of memories.
